LIMPOPO – There’s joy in giving back to the community. Freedom Maluleke (26 years of age) an entrepreneur, social activist, philanthropist, a community builder from Mtititi Lombard finds joy in giving back to the community and helping the needy.
In 2016 Freedom founded “IT’S POSSIBLE FOUNDATION” with the aim of helping people from rural areas with programs like Dress a child campaign, Mentorship programs, School motivation drive and many more.
His organization have two wings which are Its Possible Gallery which empowers the art community and all emerging artists. There’s Insight Book Club which is a group of dedicated individuals who are passionate about literature, it is a home for variety of book genres looking to empower and promote the culture of reading.
He also host seminars where people from different walks of life share their stories and motivates others.
“The dream is to see our organization having branches around the country so we can offer specific services that will be tailored to serve the interest of poor young people” said Freedom Maluleke
“We are working with different organization to help those in need, besides dressing a child we do give away food parcel every now and then. We also give the artists a platform to showcase their talents so those who are interested can buy their designs” said Freedom Maluleke
All this work is to empower and develop his community, not only his community but the country as whole. He says they don’t give because they have but they give because they know what it is to not have. Such remarkable work is rare, there’s still hope for those in need. It takes a wise man to wipe tears of the poor.
