Never stop following your passion

Ganyani Emanuel Baloyi is one of leading people in Information Technology industry. It is so amazing to know that he was born and brought up in one of deep villages in Malamulele called Jimmy Jones under the leadership of chief Mavambe. His leadership character was developed when his parents moved to Gauteng as he had to look over his sisters (Asnath and Constance) and also tender his father’s livestock while balancing his education at the other hand.

Through his persistence and resilience attitude he managed to complete his matric in 2007 at Shirilele High School. Immediately after passing matric Mr. Baloyi went to Lemana College in Elim but unfortunately he could not complete his studies due to some unforeseen circumstances.

After he dropped out he went to Birnam Business College to study Human Resources Management where he ended up getting a contract to work as a career consultant. Mr Baloyi encouraged and motivated a lot of journalists who are doing extensive work in media industry today. Rhulani Mzamani and Edith Nkuna are some of people who had an opportunity to be encouraged and motivated by him.

After his contract ended with Birnam Business College he went to job market where he got an employment at Information Technology Training Academy (ITTA) where he worked as Chief Administrator for three years (2002-2005). Having working as Chief Administrator at Information Technology Training Academy (ITTA) it helped him to discover his passion which is Information Technology; thereafter he enrolled for IT certificate that includes A+ and Network+.

His desire to acquire more knowledge and skills in IT industry didn’t end after obtaining his first IT qualification but he went on to register with Cisco, Linux and Oracle Database registration.
After he worked as Chief Administrator at Information Technology Training Academy (ITTA) he had a privilege to work with big IT cooperates such as MTN, Nedbank, IBM, Dimension Data and Department of Justice as IT specialist.

After obtaining such an extensive experience in IT industry Mr Baloyi then decided to start his own company called Malek Projects International (PTY) LTD. Malek Projects International (PTY) LTD offers services such as IT Consulting and Training, IT support and maintenance, Access Control Management and Security and Network cabling, wireless and fiber installation.

Malek Projects International (PTY) LTD is doing so well thus far, it has partook in Dimension Data Programme called business incubation where Mr Meleke and his team learnt a lot pertaining entrepreneurship, business management, operations, purchasing, tendering process, break-even analysis, tax issues and compliance management.
